When we disrespect, abuse, and dishonour the persons of the four directions, Mother Earth, and Father Sky they all have their own self preservation and work together to protect themselves from their aggressors; us humans, the two leggeds. When we honour, respect, and live in harmony with these higher powers they look after us, supply all our needs, and love us unconditionally.
The Shamans, Elders, indigenous people of the world, and prophets have always been telling us these truths.
Nature (God or what
ever you call the
highest power) does
not intend us to
live in high
populations using
complex physical
technology and
the
signs
are
obvious
that
all
high
civilisations
like
the Egyptian, Aztec,
and
Roman
Empire
have
all
crumbled
and
survivors
have
gone
back
to
the
way
of
living
in
harmony
with
the
higher
powers
like
all
indigenous
people
always
have
done.
Wallace Black Elk
spoke of the
original science and
technology; the
spirits - the fire,
rock, water, and
green and he says
that it began in the
Inipi (Purification,
Stone-people, or
Sweat) Lodge
ceremony, but I
believe he meant it
began with the
sacred reverence,
respect, and
humility for all
life and the higher
powers and with a
sacred ceremonial
consciousness.
I
won't go into all
the details here of
how we have
disrespected and
abused these higher
powers, as many have
done that and you
will find some, like
Wallace Black Elk,
have mentioned some,
but I will mention
just one and that is
that when Mother
Earth's bones have
no lubrication left
they become hot,
painful, and grind
violently when she
moves.

The
Hopi
are
praying
for
the
people
of
Japan
and
for
the
people
around
the
world
as we
face
crisis
in
our
world
out
of
balance.
We
are
all
in a
time
of
great
change
upon
mother
earth
and
these
events
have
been
foretold
by
our
Elders.
Through
our
Prophecies
and
our
Ceremonies
the
sacred
land
of
this
earth
is
now
crying.
And
our
children
are
looking
to
Hopi
to
balance
life
for
their
future.
Our
Elders
have
given
us
guidance
for
how
to
move
through
these
changes
.
Humanity
is
now
choosing
the
path
upon
which
all
life
will
follow
and
we
have
known
this
time
would
come.
As
Hopi,
we
ask
you
to
join
us in
prayer
to
balance
mother
earth
and
all
life.
We
believe
that,
through
our
prayers
and
that
if we
pray
with
good
hearts
as
told
by
our
Elders,
we
can
lesson
the
impact
of
these
events.
We as
Hopi
join
our
prayers
with
those
of
the
Dalai
Lama
along
with
people
from
around
the
world
to
send
healing
to
Japan,
the
earth
and
all
life.
In
this
time
of
change,
we
ask
all
the
people
of
the
world
to
return
to a
more
balanced
way
of
life.
Hopi
say
there
is a
path
to
follow
that
allows
for
us to
move
through
this
time
of
change.
Walk
gently
upon
our
earth
with
respect
for
her
and
all
life.
A

to
connecting

heart
with
the
heart
of
the
path
to

future.
